New Changi Hotel is a nice location, centrally located I would say. It is just around 20 min, cab ride, paid around S$27 cab fare. For those adventurous, you can also take MRT straight from Changi Airport from Terminal 2 to Vivo City at S$3, then go up to the 3rd level of Vivo city and take Sentosa Express.

I recently went to New Changi Hotel during the peak season of the year, F1 season. Surprisingly I got a good deal but I have booked 2 months in advance. To begin with, I have good advice during the hotel booking with the resort world sentosa telebooking operator. The lady suggested me Festive hotel as it was the cheapest of all.
